I tried call up my local post office yesterday as well as using the local EMS tracker but there's no record of the parcel entering my country. I emailed Mandarake yesterday and had yet to get any reply.
I been using EMS for quite sometime when ordering from places like AmiAmi and Nippon Yasan and normally the tracker record is very consistent and the shipping usually took around 3 days where it usually took 1 day to transit from Japan to my country (which means that it suppose to have an record on either 20th or 21st on my local tracker)
I wonder if Mandarake will be keen on replying to my enquiries regarding the parcel as they had yet to give any respond in this matter (meanwhile I also sent an email before i placed the order and get a response on the same day itself.) Will they issue a refund if the parcel are indeed lost and never enter my country since EMS does insured up to 20,000 yen and my order is only 5720yen in total.
Anyone face any trouble with the shipping before? I happened to bump into an article from figure.fm website where someone claim that Mandarake input the wrong address even when they clearly state the right one on the confirmation email, the case was solved with Mandarake re-sent the same item again.
Am quite paranoid as all my previous purchase online are rather quick and efficient using EMS but I wonder what had went wrong this time around.
